Retail researchers from all over the world meet in Zabgreb for an opinion exchange

Innovations in retail and service industry as well as changes in the consumer behaviour are the main topics of discussion in this years' conference of the European Institute for Retail and Service studies. Based on research results obtained in cooperation with the university of Johannesburg Prof. Dr. Dobbelstein speaks about the influence of basic values i. e. a growing awareness of responsibility after times of "miserliness is sexy" on the consumer behaviour in retail.

Successful management seminar in Iran
